Our comprehensive production process follows: Design → Mold Fabrication → Casting → CNC Machining (as required) → Surface Treatment → Quality Inspection → Packaging → Delivery, with dimensional tolerance strictly maintained at ±0.02mm. Diverse surface treatment options include electroplating, chrome plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrophoresis, anodizing, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating, and spray painting. Certified to ISO9001:2015 and SGS standards, and supported by advanced testing equipment (CMM, salt spray chamber, dynamic balance detector, and pneumatic detection systems), our molds fully comply with ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96, JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998 standards. These die-casting molds offer high precision (flatness ≤0.1mm), exceptional strength, deformation resistance, excellent electrical/thermal conductivity, and superior surface finish (Ra1.6 after machining) without defects, spots, or coating peeling.
