We focus on producing die-casting molds for aluminum alloys (ADC12/ADC10/A360/A380/A356/6061/6063) and magnesium alloys (AZ91D/AM60B), with a comprehensive workflow covering "drawing design → mold fabrication → die-casting → on-demand CNC precision machining → surface treatment (e.g., electroplating, anodizing) → product inspection → packaging and delivery". We maintain overall mold tolerance within ±0.02mm, flatness ≤0.1mm, and post-machining surface roughness of Ra1.6. Certified to ISO9001:2015 and SGS standards, our molds offer high strength, deformation resistance, superior thermal and electrical conductivity, and a flawless surface free of particles, spots, or coating peeling. Their salt spray resistance is validated via salt spray test chambers, ensuring compliance with international material and mold standards including ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96, JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998.
