We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, offering customized processing for 7 aluminum alloy grades (including ADC12 and ADC10) and 2 magnesium alloy grades (such as AZ91D and AM60B). Mold production follows a full-process control model, encompassing the workflow: Drawing Design → Mold Fabrication → Casting → CNC Machining (if required) → Surface Treatment → Inspection → Packaging → Delivery, with tolerance precision as high as ±0.02mm. Surface treatment can flexibly employ over 10 processes—including electroplating, chrome plating, anodization, and powder coating—based on customer requirements. Certified to ISO9001:2015 and SGS standards, our company uses advanced equipment like 3D measuring instruments and dynamic balance detectors for quality inspection, ensuring our die-casting molds comply with international standards such as ISO3522-84 and JISH5302:2000. The resulting molds boast performance advantages including high machining precision (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, along with a surface finish of Ra1.6—free of particles, spots, and coating peeling.
